DIAMON-FUSION© INTERNATIONAL ANNOUNCES
MARKETING PARTNERSHIP FOR TRI-STATE REGION

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, June 2001 - Diamon-Fusion® International, Inc. (DFI) announced today that it has recently entered into some agreements with Our Term Fabricators of West Babylon, New York. In the agreement Our Terms paid an undisclosed sum for a Five Year License to apply the award winning Diamon-Fusion® process. The license includes exclusivity within their specific niches of the glass industry inside a designated territory. The license agreement was made concurrently with an exclusive sales representation agreement for the Tri-State area of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Under the agreement, which acts more like a marketing "partnership" Our Terms Fabricators will play a major role in the continued licensing of the Diamon-Fusion® process for both manufacturers and field applications.

Our Terms Fabricators Vice President, Greg D'Arrigo is thrilled with the new venture. "It's rare to find a product as unique as Diamon-Fusion®. The reception in the marketplace has been phenomenal and it really has helped separate us from our competition". Our Terms Fabricators is a service-oriented fabricator and distributor of high quality custom glass products including several proprietary products that now include the Diamon-Fusion® process.

Adam Zax, President of DFI states, "I can't tell you how gratifying it is have such a reputable and innovative company join our growing family of licensee's. It is companies like these who continue to tear-up their competition by keeping themselves on the 'cutting edge' of new technologies that are here to stay.

Company and Product Information:
Diamon-Fusion® is a proprietary process of imbedding an optically clear film into the microscopic ridges of glass and glass glazed surfaces and then 'capping' it, creating a long lasting hydrophobic (water repellent) seal. The seal prevents surface damage and dramatically reduces the time required to maintain treated surfaces in residential, commercial, automotive or industrial applications.

The company's licensees have the ability to apply the treatments to new and existing glass and glazed surfaces in homes and businesses, as well as the ability to restore glass and tile to its' original appearance prior to treating it. The most popular applications include shower enclosures, etched glass and skylights.

In addition to creating a water-repellent surface, Diamon-Fusion® also makes glass harder to break or scratch, repels graffiti, and protects etched and sandblasted glass from the frequent and easy staining caused by handling or moisture. The process is a previous winner of KITCHEN & BATH BUSINESS MAGAZINE'S, "INNOVATIVE PRODUCT OF THE YEAR AWARD".
