

ISOCLIMA and DFI sign a technology license agreement in Italy
SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, March 2003-
Diamon Fusion® International, Inc. (DFI), supplier and exclusive licensor
of the Diamon Fusion® patented hydrophobic technology, signed a technology
license agreement with ISOCLIMA SpA, one the world’s leaders in security
and hi-tech glass manufacturing. Under this technology agreement, ISOCLIMA will
be teaming with DFI to jointly develop the Diamon Fusion® enhanced hydrophobic coating
for Isoclima’s specific markets: Aviation, Automotive, Marine, Rail (High
Speed Trains) and Architectural.
Alberto Bertolini, Managing Director of ISOCLIMA SpA, reported: “After
several years of researching for an easy-to clean coating to enhance our line of
glass products, we have made the decision to team up with DFI; the simplicity of
application of the Diamon Fusion® coating along with the efficiency of being a vaporization
process and its overall value were very compelling reasons”.

agreement brings a new dimension to our positioning in the European market and will
certainly help us expand our technology into new markets such as aviation and high-speed
