DFI unveils expansion plan for key US metropolitan markets

SAN CLEMENTE, June 2004- Diamon-Fusion International, Inc. (DFI), global developer and exclusive supplier of the Diamon-Fusion® hydrophobic nanotechnology, recently unveiled the launching of a new expansion plan for some of the largest US metropolitan markets that include key urban areas such as New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Denver and Las Vegas, among the main market targets.

DFI’s expansion plan for its US Operations is already paying off with the recent licensing of several companies nationwide, including: Denver Glass Interiors, Inc., a very reputable and well established glass fabricator and leader in the frameless shower door market in Colorado; The Shapes Company, a 20 year Chicago-based company, distributor of kitchen and bathroom products supplied by prestigious companies such as Grohe, Basco, Coastal Industries, Panasonic, NuTone, and Swanstone, among others.

“We have developed a master plan designed to better serve homeowners, building and property managers, architects and designers in the maintenance of their homes and commercial buildings in general; our nanotechnology-based coatings provide much needed solutions for the maintenance of surfaces throughout the glass, ceramic tile, granite and porcelain spectrum”, DFI Senior Officials reported.

DFI’s nanotechnology multi-functional characteristics include: water and oil repellency (hydrophobic and oleophobic), impact and scratch resistance, protection against graffiti, dirt and stains, finger print protection, UV stability, additional electrical insulation, protection against calcium and sodium deposits and increased brilliance and lubricity. DFI’s coating, a patented process, works at nanoscale levels and the change of the molecular composition of the silica-based surface (glass) created by DFI’s chemistry and bonding nanoparticles, along with the cross-linking, branching, and final ‘capping’, enables the full efficiency of the coating process at an atomic scale.
