DFI opens NEW Tech Lab for QC in California

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, July 2002- Diamon-Fusion International, Inc. (DFI) opened a new Technical Laboratory at its California Production Facility location (inaugurated in October of 2001) for the implementation of new Quality Control (QC) procedures. The company has installed a computerized TANTEC CAM-WAFER II Contact Angle Meter and is now able to digitally measure, record and photograph the contact angle of water on all glass-like surfaces as well as calculate surface tension. Contact angle is one of the universally accepted methods of measuring a hydrophobic coatings’ performance with regards to repellency.

"The installation of this new state-of-the-art testing equipment at our Production Facility in California aligns well with our philosophy of ‘Quality Assurance’ by maintaining the very best hydrophobic technology through constant innovation and by standardizing operational procedures", said Mr. Adam Zax, President & CEO of Diamon-Fusion International, Inc.

Mr. Zax further stated: “The implementation of these new QC procedures equates into a more effective monitoring of our product quality and the understanding of the market's needs, thus keeping DFI’s competitive advantage of increased overall efficiency and reliability”.

DFI has previously signed an agreement (March 2002) to pursue the prestigious International Standard for Organization "ISO 9001" Certification, currently under way.
