DFI signs license agreement
in SOUTH AFRICA
SAN CLEMENTE – (BUSINESS
WIRE)—September 2006- Diamon-Fusion International, Inc. (DFI
Nanotechnology), global developer and exclusive licensor of the
Diamon-Fusion® patented hydrophobic nanotechnology,
has signed a license agreement with AT SOLUTIONS
Corp.
, a privately- held South
African company. The agreement grants the Cape Town-based company
certain exclusive distribution rights on DFI’s proprietary
hand-applied nanocoating system along with a sales representation
for DFI’s ultra-efficient vapor deposition process for large
volumes of application.
AT SOLUTIONS Corp.,
exclusive distributor of GlassKote in South Africa, provides a
national distribution network within the South African Glass
Industry with a unique entrepreneur spirit and far-reaching
possibilities for added-value products. South
Africa is an emerging market with an abundant supply of
