Step 6
Placing the humidifying pipe
The humidifying pipe has to be placed inside the chamber at ceiling level.
The pipe should be hang with no metal devices to avoid corrosion.
The entering cut hole should be sealed.
Step 7
Placing the door
If front portal have no visual deformation, the two-leaf door with middle up monitoring
glass should be fixed to chamber. If doors have complete frame, the inferior part
should be imbedded in concrete floor to avoid any problem on glass carriage displacement.
Both door leaves should have a regulated swell to help on steam lost.
Door must be placed to open outward.
Step 8
Placing the Vaporizing units
Vaporizing units could be placed inside a PVC box of 7” deep, with glass monitoring
door of 12” wide and 15” high. As two kind of chemicals are used (DF-1
and DF-2), one box should be used for each one.
In order to impulse the chemical vapor inside the chamber, compressed air from the
plant circuit could be used or a separate air source must be installed.
In order to regulate vapor speed, a regulating valve must be placed before entering
the vaporizing units. ¼” PVC crystal tube would be enough to get the
chemicals inside the chamber.
