DFI reaches a License Agreement with Synergy Glass Australia

SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, July 2002- Diamon-Fusion International, Inc. (DFI), previous winner of the "Innovative Product of the Year", reached a 5-year licensing agreement with Synergy Glass Australia (SGA), Parent Company of Synergy Products, Simply Showers, Property Presented (Real Estate) and Gardner Thompson Interior Design, with headquarters located in Alexandria, NSW.

The agreement grants SGA exclusivity on DFI's technology for all in-situ (field) applications of the Diamon-Fusion® coating for Australia and New Zealand.

Managing Directors, Mr. Crispin Gardner and Mr. Trevor Ayton, of Synergy Glass Australia, very pleased with the licensing of DFI's technology, stated: "We are thrilled to have this unique opportunity to launch DFI's innovative technology in Australia and New Zealand; we have no doubt our multi-media marketing strategy we have set in place for both countries will be very successful since the product itself grants an immense market penetration and an exclusive positioning within the glass industry".

Mr. Michael McGarry, Agent of DFI for Australia and the Southeast-Asia region (based in Melbourne), who brokered this agreement, further stated: "We are very pleased to reach this agreement, which will bring a totally new awareness to the Australian Glass Industry".

Diamon-Fusion® is a proprietary process (patented technology) of growing an optically clear film from the inside of the glass (or any other silica-based surface) out, filling the microscopic ridges of the substrate and then 'capping' it, creating a long lasting hydrophobic (water repellent) film. This film is permanently attached to the substrate, prevents damage and dramatically reduces the time required to maintain treated surfaces in residential, commercial, automotive or any other industrial applications.
